Bud Haus is a fictional High-End CBD Lotion Company. As a startup, they need a modern logo that can express their brand's identity quickly to customers. Their logo also needs to reflect a sense of minimalism. Bud Haus would ideally like a logo and accompanying typeface that is easy to reproduce, and can be used across multiple platforms.
Main Logo Treatment: Logo uses half of a marijuana leaf, to indicate the presence of CBD in this product. This leaf is accented by a familiar face of the Helvetica family. Made to be easy to use across print, web, and package design.
Logo Treatments, Type, and Palette: A unique shade of green combined with a sleek off-black, this palette intends to express the modern aspects of the company, and of course, the CBD in the product. The logo can be identified in black and white, if need be as well. The acceptable logo treatments include any version with green, but substituting a green background for the all white logo is also acceptable.
Type: Helvetica Neue is a great fit for a start up company. It's easy to read, and is often used across multiple different mediums. The common use of this font adds a comfort and recognizability to possible consumers, while the unique characters make it a strong choice for branding. Another great aspect of Helvetica Neue is it's diverse family of variations of font. These variations can be used for company branding, as well as general use for things like subtext on the company site, in-house pamphlets or company notices, and can be used for just about anything. Helvetica is an appropriate substitute for Helvetica Neue, but Helvetica Neue Medium MUST be used in any logo treatments.
